After completing, your PPR will be emailed to you. Your PPR will be good until the end of this year providing none of the information below changes. If anything does change, simply complete a new PPR form.

Waivers and Insurance

You must agree to all conditions below to submit this form. By submitting, you confirm this information is accurate.

I agree it is my sole responsibility to assess the runway and facilities prior to using them.
I agree it is my sole responsibility for the safety and actions of all people and animals with me at CHL2. This includes all embarking passengers and disembarking passengers, visitors and guests.
I agree to follow all Transport Canada and Nav Canada Regulations.
I am verifying that I and my plane (if privately registered) have $1,000,000 liability insurance. I am verifying that I and my plane (if commercially registered) have $2,000,000 liability insurance.
I agree that neither CHL2 Aviation Inc. nor its officers, directors, agents, employees and members shall, at any time or to any extent whatsoever, be liable, responsible or in any way accountable for any loss, injury, death or damage to persons or property which at any time may be suffered or sustained by any person whomsoever arising out of the use or occupancy of the airport or its facilities. I also agree to indemnify, defend and hold CHL2 Aviation Inc. and its officers, directors, agents, employees and members free and harmless from and against any and all claims, liability, loss, damage or expense whatsoever, including attorney’s fees, arising out of or resulting from any use of the airport or any portion thereof by myself, passengers, guests, invitees, agents or employees and I waive all claims against CHL2 Aviation Inc. and its officers, directors, agents, employees and members for any death or bodily injury and damage to aircraft or other personal property on or about the airport or any portion thereof from any cause or reason whatsoever. I waive any claim against CHL2 Aviation Inc. and its officers, directors, agents, employees and members as a result of the negligent design, inspection, repair and maintenance of the airport including, but not limited to, its runway, taxi way, tie downs and hangars.
I agree that neither KingsAero Tech Inc., nor Atlantic Aviators Inc., their officers, directors, agents and employees shall, at any time or to any extent whatsoever, be liable, responsible or in any way accountable for any blemish, loss and damage to my aircraft and equipment; further, I accept full responsibility to fully insure my aircraft, or the aircraft that I am delivering from all such events, or hereby solidly affirm that I have financially planned for and have fully self-insured the aircraft against all such events.
